Aline Campagne began her career in arts administration as a musician and translator. Originally from Saskatchewan, she is part of a musical family and has toured across Canada and internationally, performing in theatres, schools, festivals, for radio and television as well as recording and arranging. Education includes a bachelor of arts from the University of Regina and an Honors degree in translation from the University of Ottawa.
After moving to Winnipeg in 1979, a chance encounter with the Artistic Director of the Cercle Molière was the beginning of a long association with that company. In 1993, Ms. Campagne accepted a full-time position with the Cercle Molière’s communications team. She has been the Administrator for the organization since 2006. In 2010, the Cercle Molière moved to a new, state of the art facility, following years of planning and fund-raising.
Performing arts remain a passion and she is a member of the St-Boniface choir, Les Blés au vent. She is also a board member for the ATFC, a national organization of French-language theatre companies, and also sits on the board of Le 100Nons, a music industry service and training organization.
