Courtney Marchant

Certified Executive Coach

Hello!

My name is Courtney Marchant. I am an independent Leadership and Organizational Development Business Partner who collaborates with my clients to deliver learning and development solutions and programs that are practical and applicable to the real world.

As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, Certified Executive Coach, Adult Educator and Manager I have earned a strong background in Training Design and Facilitation, Coaching and HR Consulting in a variety of industries. A seasoned professional, throughout my career I have designed and developed customized learning platforms and provided coaching and support to individual contributors, front-line leaders, middle managers and Senior Executives to enable them to recognize & realize their potential and to effectively identify and manage the link between “Human” Resources and strategic priorities.

My Practice provides practical and customized business solutions through the lens of adult learning.

I focus on:

Leadership and Customized Program Development and Facilitation

Linking Business Strategy to People programs

One on One Coaching

I provide Coaching and consulting services to Senior Leaders working as a Thought Partner on strategic and operational business goals as they relate to their people. My role is to work with the Senior Leader to understand their business strategy and then identify and capitalize on the link to Human Resources and Adult Learning principles.

I would describe myself as authentic, creative and curious with a high sense of urgency to get the job done. As a Consultant I work towards being direct, practical and connected to and with those around me. My education and experience allows me to approach facilitating, learning and collaborating from different perspectives. I am always curious about the unique needs of individuals and their varying levels of understanding, awareness and willingness. I use that curiosity to facilitate learning experiences, provide coaching and develop programs.

I began work on the HUB Strategy in 2011 when I was contracted to design, develop and implement the MFNPO’s vision for what they were calling at the time an HR Shared Service Strategy. I have had the pleasure of facilitating and managing the HUB program for over 2 years and am looking forward to the launch of a second HUB program in 2013.

Thank you for taking the time to learn about me, and the work that I do. I look forward to learning more about you.

Warmly,

Courtney Marchant, C.E.C
